Gotta Tabata

Utilizing a system created by scientist, Dr. Tabata

These drills include high-intensity exercises lasting 20 seconds with a 10-second break for a set of 4 minutes. After each Tabata set, we take a 1-minute water/towel break and go again with a different set of drills, for a total of 5 to 6 sets.  We end with a slower set of body-weight resistance exercises, a set of ab exercises on the floor and static stretches to send you on your way!
