
Power Dance Fitness

We’re adding some weight to our dance class… literally!
Alternating between fitness dance routines and weight-lifting combinations, this class is sure to get you pumped up!
Rather than adding feather-light weights to each dance, we’re putting each activity in its place. We’ll dance a song or two, then pick up our dumbbells and go through a weight-lifting routine that will combine 1 to 2 upper body exercises with 1 to 2 lower body exercises. We will then dance another song and continue with another weight-lifting routine. The class will end with a great stretch to aid in recovery (until next time).
