Hunger is a tricky beast.  It sneaks up on you when you least expect it.  As a matter of fact, it pushes itself onto your best intentions to eat healthy, reduce your calorie intake and get to your goals.  You are determined.  You have a plan, and this time you will be strong and stick to it.  You are beyond motivated, until it happens. You try to ignore that first growl from your stomach.  But as it gets louder, your mood gets darker, your patience wears thinner and you have no choice but to give in.  But what if we tell you do have a choice?
