Fitness Levels
At Hard Core Fitness Studio, all of our classes are designed for all fitness levels. You can go at your own pace while you build stamina, endurance and strength.
Musicality
While all of our classes utilize music and lighting effects, not all are based on musicality and therefore, do not require rhythmic coordination.
Class Intensities
Ranging from non to high impact, some classes are purely aerobic while others include intensive anaerobic intervals. Many classes integrate weight-training as well.
