Stretch & Strengthen
In this 45-minute class, we combine active stretches with core-strengthening poses for a full body work-out without the joint stress or impact. Stretch & Strengthen is a great recovery routine that will still challenge you and keep you on track towards your fitness goals. You’ll want to bring a mat. Shoes for this class are optional.
