Core and More is designed to tone and sculpt the abs, glutes and arms using only non-impact body-weight exercises. We will work our muscles from different angles using only our bodies and the resistance of gravity. In addition to hardening our core (wink), we will improve our posture, flexibility and balance with gentle yet challenging drills.
